All FCAC Attorneys and Social Services Staff

  • Visit with the client before every hearing

  • Discuss important case decisions and case progress with the client

  • Participate in every hearing

  • Attend CPS Family Group Conferences and Permanency Conferences

  • Participate in mediation

  • Attend treatment team meetings or meetings with service providers

  • Discuss issues with all relevant case contacts

  • Independently evaluate proposed placements and potential caregivers
